iRewardChart App

Finally, there's iRewardChart, an app that lets you rate your children's behavior and reward them accordingly. Kinda like giving out "10 points for Gryffindor!" every time your kid stays on their best behavior. Each kid has their own account, and you can give each on star ratings based on behavior, chores, and schoolwork.

iRewardChart is a smartphone app that gives the traditional reward chart a modern twist, by keeping tabs of points via your mobile device with an easy customizable interface that even mommy luddites can work through. iRewardChart looks to help parents keep track of their child’s good behavior, and reward them appropriately.

It may not beat a whiteboard in the kitchen, but it's great for keeping the little ones motivated on trips or during visits to Grandma. Now if only they had something rewarding for the parents, too.

Apple iPhone 4S

Apple's latest smart phone is nothing new, its the same redesigned smart phone with very little of an upgrade. For early adopters, this can be quite the disappointment. The iPhone 4S has the same functional design, all the basics of the iPhone 4 and the upgrades only circle around its processor and camera. There's an additional complex voice-control system to boot plus worldwide capability for Sprint and Verizon subsrcibers. Apple claims to have improved the antenna layout, which was discovered to have poor reception problems in the iPhone 4. Though the iPhone 4S's top-speed, dual-core processor can execute graphic runs much faster than the old iPhone 4, this new rendition is also expected to download much faster but won't run at par on the top-speed 4G networks.

The iPhone 4S is a step-up from the imaging functionality of the iPhone 4. The old iPhone 4's 5-megapixel camera is now an 8-megapixel one on the iPhone 4S. The photos are 30 percent sharper and can shoot within 1.1 seconds in a click, faster than most smart phones in the market. Other capabilities include Face detection and video-image stabilization, and HD video capability at 1080p resolution.
